First Federal started doing business at this location in 1956, as the third location for the savings and loan. In the modern photo, the building houses Christ the King Youth Services, maintaining the original mid-century architectural detail. Christ the King Catholic Church can be seen in the background. The church demolished the building in 2024 and replaced it with a parking lot.
